Who We Are

For over 25 years, Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful, Inc. (KGMB) has promoted clean, healthy and beautiful communities through environmental education and community involvement programs. We are now offering comprehensive
environmental education opportunities for K-12 classrooms. Programs are designed to engage students by encouraging them to explore their natural world in order to better understand how our actions impact our environment.

Project Learning Green

Based on years of experience we have created a new education
model that focuses on assisting educators and schools in meeting their curriculum requirements while stimulating students’ critical and creative thinking skills. We accomplish our goals through school and neighborhood-based learning activities and projects that teach children to think green!

  • Explore nature and observe how organisms survive and interact with each other and their environment
  • Engage children using the scientific method
  • Educate about the importance of preserving natural resources for future generations
