KGMB has unique programs, presentations, and field trips for those aged K to grey. Recycling presentations and field trips, water quality and conservation, energy conservation and renewable energy tours, trees,wellness, gardening, and composting are our core topic areas. One time presentations and field trips for preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students are aligned to state and national learning standards, include inquiry-based learning practices, and are opportunities for students to learn about important topics through hands-on exploration. Boy and Girl Scouts have a wide array of programs to earn a variety of badges and achievements. Public, monthly programs for individual scouts are available while troops with 15 or more children can opt for a private presentation or field trip.
